1. 我们不收集音视频与文稿

识别、转写、听写文稿均在本机完成；您的音频、视频、字幕与文稿不会上传，也不会发送给我们。Recognition, transcription and dictation run on your Mac. Your media, subtitles and manuscripts are never uploaded to us.

2. 我们处理哪些数据

授权数据：设备指纹（硬件标识的哈希，不可逆）、授权到期时间、订单号、购买邮箱；Licence data: a hashed device identifier, expiry, order ID and purchase email.
付款数据：由支付服务商处理，我们不接收也不存储卡号；Payment data is handled by our payment provider; we never receive or store card numbers.
邮件：仅用于发送收据、授权与必要的服务通知。Email is used for receipts, licence delivery and essential service notices.

3. 保留期限

授权记录保留至授权到期后 24 个月，或法律要求的期限。Licence records are kept for 24 months after expiry, or as required by law.

4. 您的权利

您可随时来信查询、更正或删除您的授权与联系信息（法律要求保留的交易记录除外）。You may request access, correction or deletion of your licence and contact data at any time (except records we must keep by law).

5. 第三方

支付由我们的支付服务商处理；站点托管在 GitHub Pages；我们不会出售您的数据。Payments are processed by our payment provider, the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and we never sell your data.

6. Cookie 与本地存储

本站本身不使用跟踪类 Cookie；只在您的浏览器里写入一个本地偏好（界面语言）。付款环节由我们的支付服务商处理，其收银页可能会设置完成支付所必需的 Cookie。This site sets no tracking cookies; it stores only your interface-language preference in local storage. Payments are handled by our payment provider, whose checkout page may set cookies necessary to complete the transaction.
