安装后可免费试用 1 天。试用到期后，已打开的文稿仍可查看与编辑，但需要授权才能打开新的音视频素材。A 1-day free trial is included. After it ends, existing manuscripts stay readable and editable, but new media requires a licence.
您可以在新电脑上用付款邮箱自助迁移授权，旧电脑随即失效。授权不得转售或转让给第三方；如确需转给同事，请联系客服。You may move your licence to a new Mac yourself using your purchase email; the old machine is revoked. Resale or transfer to third parties is not permitted — contact support if you need to hand it to a colleague.
不得反编译、破解、绕过授权机制，或将软件用于违法用途。You may not reverse engineer, crack, circumvent licensing, or use the software unlawfully.
您播放、转写、听写的音视频与文稿由您自行提供，版权与合规责任由您承担；软件仅在本机处理，不上传您的素材。Media and manuscripts you use remain yours; you are responsible for their rights. Processing happens locally and nothing is uploaded.
软件按"现状"提供。对于因使用或无法使用软件造成的间接损失，我们的责任以您实际支付金额为限。The software is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid.
本条款适用香港特别行政区法律。These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
