1. 可全额退款的情形

购买后 3 天内 且授权尚未激活使用的；Within 3 days of purchase and the licence has not been activated.
软件在受支持的设备上无法运行，且经我们协助仍无法解决的；The software cannot run on a supported device and our assistance did not resolve it.
重复扣款或支付错误的，核实后全额退回。Duplicate charges or payment errors are refunded in full once verified.

2. 不予退款的情形

超过购买后 3 天提出的（软件故障除外）；Requests made more than 3 days after purchase (except software defects).
授权已经激活使用（请先用 1 天试用充分评估）；The licence has been activated — please evaluate with the 1-day trial first.
违反服务条款导致的终止。Termination due to breach of the Terms of Service.

3. 如何申请

发邮件到 [email protected]，附购买邮箱与订单号或交易号；核实后原路退回至原支付方式，通常 5–10 个工作日到账。Email [email protected] with your purchase email and order/transaction ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
